Becca was born in Hot Springs, grew up in Benton, and graduated summa cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University.

Her career has taken her to several different states and given her broad work and life experience. She has been an upper level manager of projects, personnel, and clients in both the corporate travel and the technical support industries, and most recently was a Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances for Hotels.com in Dallas.

Her career-based relocations and a stint living in a loft condo led to her interest in organizing. After returning to Arkansas 6 years ago Becca launched Creative Convenience and with her team now organizes homes and offices using the latest tools and best practices to de-clutter and simplify spaces and lives.

She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), one of only 11 active specialists affiliated with this premier group in Arkansas. A former teacher, Becca also presents workshops and seminars on organizing and has written news articles on the subject.

A passionate supporter of her state Becca is Chairman of the Inspiring Women Foundation, Treasurer of the Spa Area Business and Professional Women, and a member of the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, and the Women in Networking group. She teaches at National Park Community College and serves on the Advisory Committee for Hot Springs National Airport.

Becca is regular guest on Little Rock television news shows discussing organizing topics, and she lives in a 1920s era bungalow in the Hot Springs historic district that was featured on the HGTV show – "National Open House".
